I’m Brijesh Gupta, a builder at TIDAL, Block. For over 14 years, I’ve built software across products, platforms, and teams at different stages of growth. I work where software, systems, and real-world constraints meet—turning complex problems into products and platforms people can trust.

My work has often involved modernising large systems, improving performance and reliability, and helping engineering teams move with greater confidence. I’m comfortable moving between architecture and implementation, technical detail and business outcome. I care less about novelty than whether a solution is useful, measurable, and built to last.

Agentic AI is the next part of that journey for me. I’m exploring how agents can do more than generate code: how they can carry context, challenge assumptions, and help people make better engineering decisions—without giving up human judgment or accountability.

I do my best work when the path is not obvious. I follow the evidence, question my assumptions, and try to leave behind a simpler model of the problem. I don’t expect to have every answer; I aim to make meaningful progress that others can build on.
